These terms govern your use of Sortroom on the web and on iPhone.
Sortroom connects to a mailbox you control and reads it to surface property deals, conversations awaiting a reply, and possible introductions. The AI reading is a draft, not advice: check figures against the source before you rely on them. Sortroom never sends email on your behalf without your action.
You must have the right to connect the mailbox you connect, and to process the personal data in it. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not use Sortroom to send unsolicited bulk mail, to harvest personal data for purposes unrelated to your property business, or in breach of any law or third-party terms (including Microsoft's and Google's).
Pricing is shown at the point of purchase. Trials and sample workspaces are free.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
